Here is how to place an order for Items in our store.

• Please click on the on-line store button
  
• Make sure you have signed up and received your user name and password.
  
• Click on the category which you?re interested.
  
• Browse the available products ,put the quantity you want and make your selections by clicking the add to cart button.
  
• At this point you will be shown the current products in your Shopping cart and a current total.
  
• If you wish to continue shopping click the continue button.
  
• If you wish to check-out at this time just click the check-out button.
  
• Choose your method of payment and click on the secure link.
  
• At this time fill out the necessary information for credit card purchase or if you have chosen PayPal click on the PayPal button to complete payment.
  
• You will be sent an email to confirm your order.

• Shipping is through USPS and is automatically figured according to weight. This applies to US only.
  
• Overseas shipping charges will be figured according to weight and destination.
  

After an overseas order has been placed an email will be sent with total including shipping and a request to confirm. After confirmation and payment order will be shipped.

To check the status of your order, just log into my account and view order. Status is updated as order is processed.

Products purchased from R and J Collectables that are in stock will be shipped upon receipt and processing of payment or credit card approval. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. Products not in stock usually ship within 10 days.

Orders are shipped USPS and a tracking number provided when package is shipped.

R and J Collectables has a 15 day money back return policy. No questions asked. Only Item cost is refundable .

Shipping cost are non-refundable, and customer pays return shipping.

• Send us your graphic logo design.
  
• Choose the lighter type or other Zippo Product you want your logo on.
  
• A sample graphic with your logo will be sent via email for your approval.
  
• After approval and payment received order will be placed.
  
• Usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete order.
